1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website panditmanojkumar.online (the “Website”) and the astrology, palmistry, vastu and related consultation services (the “Services”) offered by Pandit Manoj Kumar Jyotshi together with Vividbloom Enterprises Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

2. Our Services

We offer, among others, the following Services, in person, by phone, WhatsApp or other online means:

• Kundli (birth chart) reading and horoscope analysis;
• Kundli matching for marriage;
• Palmistry (hast rekha) reading;
• Career, business, marriage, health and family guidance;
• Vastu consultation;
• Graha dosha analysis and suggested remedies; and
• Muhurat selection and puja guidance.

The scope, duration and fee of each Service will be communicated to you before booking.

3. Nature of Astrology & Disclaimer

• Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other expert advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters, and never stop or delay medical treatment based on an astrological reading.
• Decisions you make based on a consultation are made at your own discretion and responsibility.
• Remedies such as mantras, gemstones, daan or pujas are suggestions; you are never obliged to adopt them or to purchase anything.
• The accuracy of a reading depends on the accuracy of the birth details and information you provide.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book Services. A parent or lawful guardian may seek a consultation on behalf of a minor and accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.

5. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments may be requested by phone, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form on the Website and are confirmed only once we acknowledge them.
• Please be available at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion.
• We may reschedule an appointment for unavoidable reasons and will inform you as early as possible.

6. Fees & Payments

• Consultation fees are communicated before the session and are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) through the payment methods we accept, such as UPI, bank transfer or cash for in-person sessions.
• Unless agreed otherwise, fees for remote consultations are payable in advance to confirm the booking.
• Costs of materials such as gemstones, yantras or puja samagri, if you choose to purchase them, are separate from consultation fees.
• Fees are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at the time of booking.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation by informing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, in which case the fee will be refunded or adjusted against a new appointment.
• Fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has started or been delivered, or if you do not attend without notice, because the time and chart preparation have already been committed.
• If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, the fee paid for that session will be refunded in full.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

8. Communications Consent

By submitting your details through the Website and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive calls, SMS messages and emails from Vividbloom Enterprises Pvt Ltd about your enquiry, quotes and services at the number and email you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Your Responsibilities

When using the Website or Services, you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information, including birth details;
• share details of other people (for example, for kundli matching) only with their knowledge and consent;
• behave respectfully during consultations;
• not use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or attempt to interfere with its security or operation; and
• not record, publish or redistribute consultations without our prior written permission.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including the name, logo, text, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Reports or charts prepared for you are for your personal use only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or Services, or from any decision or action you take based on a reading or remedy. In any event, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place where we carry on business.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
