What is a Kundli?
A kundli (janam patri or birth chart) is a map of the sky at the exact moment and place of your birth. It shows the positions of the nine grahas across the twelve bhavas (houses) and twelve rashis. Each house represents an area of life — self, wealth, siblings, home, children, health, marriage, longevity, fortune, career, gains and losses.
Dasha & Gochar
The Vimshottari dasha system divides life into planetary periods (mahadasha and antardasha) that show when results are likely to unfold. Gochar (transits), such as Shani's Sade Sati or Guru's transit, show the current influence of the planets on your birth chart. Together they help in timing important decisions.
Doshas & Yogas
Doshas such as Manglik, Kaal Sarp, Pitra and Shani dosha indicate challenges, while yogas such as Raj Yoga, Gajakesari and Dhana Yoga indicate strengths. A balanced reading considers both — a dosha is never judged alone, and many are cancelled by other placements in the chart.
Kundli Milan (Guna Milan)
Before marriage, the kundlis of the bride and groom are matched on the Ashtakoota system of 36 gunas — Varna, Vashya, Tara, Yoni, Graha Maitri, Gana, Bhakoot and Nadi. Generally 18 or more gunas are considered acceptable, but Panditji also checks Manglik dosha and the overall strength of both charts.
Palmistry (Hast Rekha)
Samudrik Shastra reads the lines, mounts and shape of the hands. The life line, heart line, head line and fate line, along with the mounts of Jupiter, Saturn, Sun and Venus, reveal temperament and life tendencies — especially useful when the exact birth time is not known.
Vedic Remedies (Upay)
Remedies help strengthen favourable planets and calm afflicted ones. They include mantra jaap, daan (charity) on specific days, fasting, puja and havan, rudraksha, and gemstones where suitable. Panditji always prefers simple remedies that fit your daily life.

Your full name, date of birth, exact time of birth and place of birth. If you don't know your exact birth time, let us know — palmistry and prashna (horary) methods can help.

Do I have to buy expensive gemstones or pujas?
No. Remedies are always suggested as options, and simple ones like mantra jaap, daan and fasting are preferred. You are never obliged to purchase anything.
What if I don't know my exact time of birth?
Panditji can use palmistry, prashna kundli (horary astrology based on the time of your question) or birth time rectification from major life events to guide you.
How many gunas should match for marriage?
Out of 36 gunas, 18 or more are generally considered acceptable. However, guna milan alone is not enough — Manglik dosha, Nadi and Bhakoot dosha and the strength of both kundlis are also checked.
What is Manglik dosha and can it be remedied?
Manglik dosha occurs when Mars is placed in the 1st, 4th, 7th, 8th or 12th house of the kundli. It is often cancelled by other placements, and where it is present, remedies and proper kundli matching can help.
What is Shani Sade Sati?
Sade Sati is the roughly seven-and-a-half-year period when Saturn transits the signs before, on and after your Moon sign. Its effect depends on your full chart, and simple remedies such as Shani mantra, Hanuman Chalisa and daan on Saturdays can help.
